Former President Bill Clinton will visit Akron Thursday to stump for President Barack Obama.
Clinton also will hold rallies in Toledo and Chillicothe, the Obama campaign said.
More details on the events are expected to be released later Wednesday.
Clinton’s Akron stop will come a day after Obama canceled an event planned for the University of Akron’s James A. Rhodes Arena. That rally was supposed to be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Obama canceled the Akron visit and a Cincinnati event to remain in Washington, D.C., to monitor the recovery from Hurricane Sandy.
